O R D E R:
When this writ petition was listed on 13.10.2014, in view of absence of any representation on behalf of the petitioner, this Court adjourned the matter to 14.10.2014. On 14.10.2014 also there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner, as such, this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption ‘for dismissal’ on 16.10.2014 i.e., today. Today, when the matter was called in the pre-lunch session, none appeared for the petitioner, as such, this Court passed over the matter and when the matter is taken up now in the post-lunch session, there is no representation for the petitioner. This indicates that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition.
For the aforesaid reasons, writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
