O R D E R:
When the matter was called on 24.09.2014, none appeared for the petitioners, as such, this Court adjourned the matter. Once again, the matter was listed on 08.10.2014 on which date also none appeared for the petitioners, as such, this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption ‘for dismissal’ by adjourning the matter by a week. Today, when the matter was called in the pre-lunch session, none appeared for the petitioner, as such, this Court passed over the matter and when the matter is taken up in the post-lunch session, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. This indicates that the petitioners herein are not interested in prosecuting the writ petition.
In view of the above reasons, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand closed. No order as to costs.
