This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order dated 18.04.2012 in Original Application No.4980 of 2009 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short, ‘the Tribunal’).
2. Heard both sides.
3. In pursuance of the direction given by the Tribunal, Government issued G.O.Rt. No.456, Environment, Forests, Science and Technology (For.V) Department, dated 27.09.2013. In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.
4. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
