O R D E R :
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondents 4 to 6 in refusing to issue Application Form to the petitioner for admission into Management Quota Seats (Category-C(1) in UnderGraduate Medical and Dental Courses for the Academic Year 2014-15, either through their website or in person, as required by the Rules framed under G.O.Ms.No.136 (Health, Medical and Family Welfare(E1) Department, dated 30.04.2007, as amended by G.O.Ms.No.97 (Health, Medical and Family Welfare (E1), Department, dated 06.07.2013 issued by the respondent No.1, as illegal and for a consequential direction to the respondents 4 to 6 to issue Application Form to the petitioner for admission into Management Quota Seats (Category-C(1) in UnderGraduate Medical and Dental Courses for the academic year 2014-15 and for further direction to respondents 4 to 6 to receive the completed Application Form and issue receipt.
When the matter came up for admission, this Court passed interim orders on 13.08.2014 granting interim direction to issue application form and receive the same.
Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the counsel for respondents 4 to 6 submitted that in pursuance of the interim orders passed on 13.08.2014, application is issued to the petitioner. Learned counsel for respondents 4 to 6 submitted that after issuance of application, the petitioner did not turn up.
Since the interim order is complied with and the Application Form is issued to the petitioner, nothing survives in the Writ Petition.
In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
