ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 4 to 7 in not making the application available online in its website and refusing to issue hard copy of the application to the petitioner for Admission into Under Graduate Medical Course under Management Quota (Category C1) seats for the academic year 2014-15 as illegal and contrary to the Andhra Pradesh Unaided Non-Minority Professional Institutions (Regulations of Admissions into Under Graduate medical Dental Professional Courses) Rules, 2007 as amended from time to time and consequently to direct the respondents 4 to 7 to issue the application forms to the petitioner forthwith. Along with the main writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.26547 of 2014 is also filed for interim relief, wherein this Court, by order dated 28.07.2014 directed the respondents 4 to 7 to issue application form to the petitioner forthwith and receive the filled in application form by providing sufficient time for admission into Under Graduate Medical Course for the academic year 2014-15 under Category C pending further orders and without reference to the last date published in the newspaper and further directed the 1st respondent University to follow the directions issued by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.1305 of 2013 and batch.
Since, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel appearing for the respondents 4 to 7 that they have complied with the orders passed by this Court in 28.07.2014 in W.P.M.P.No.26547 of 2014. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim order dated 28.07.2014 in W.P.M.P.No.26547 of 2014. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand disposed of.
