ORDER:
This writ petition is filed by the petitioner praying the Court to declare the action of the respondents 1 to 3 in not removing the huts, illegally raised by the CPI ML group people, on the 33 feet width road of the left side bank of the Nizamsagar canal No.D/59/1 at the outskirts of the Nizambabad Town is illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice.
2. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that the respondent No.1 to 3 had removed the encroachments of the CPI (ML) Group people on the road towards left side bank of the Nizamsagar Canal by closing the way to the land of the petitioner long back and the main grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition has been appraised.
3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
