ORDER
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Home and learned Government Pleader for Transport.
2. The issue involved in the present writ petition is covered by an identical matter being W.P.No.14914 of 2014, which was heard and disposed of by this Court on 16.07.2014, and in terms of the said order, this writ petition also stands disposed of with the same direction.
3. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
4. Office to attach a copy of the aforesaid order along with the present writ petition.
