Petitioners claim that they are the owners and possessors of land to an extent of Ac.1.29 guntas, which a part of Sy.No.188, situated at Kandikal Village, Bandlaguda Khalsa, Bandlaguda Mandal, Hyderabad District. They further claim that by an order of the Division Bench of this Court in WPMP No.32132 of 2013 in W.P.No.26011 of 2013, dated 19.09.2013, status quo with regard to possession as on 05.09.2013 was granted. The said writ petition is filed questioning the order of the Special Court under Andhra Pradesh Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act in L.G.C.No.18 of 2011. Petitioners also placed reliance upon the interim order passed by this Court in WPMP No.11077 of 2014 in W.P.No.8859 of 2014 dated 23.04.2014, wherein respondents 3 to 7 therein i.e., the District Collector, the Revenue Divisional Officer, the Tahsildar and the Deputy Director, Survey and Land Records, Hyderabad, were directed to consider the petitioners’ representation, dated 02.12.2013, and pass appropriate orders. Petitioners’ counsel states that the survey has already been conducted. However, alleging that respondents 9 to 12 are interfering with their possession, the petitioners filed the present writ petition.
