This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.2 in interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and one Chiga Dasappa (complainant) on the basis of false complaint made by the said complainant as illegal and arbitrary.
Counter-affidavit is filed by respondent No.2 denying the alleged interference in civil dispute. However, learned Counsel for the petitioner sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
