ORDER
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that his application filed under Grievance Redressal System on 18.11.2013 seeking change of entries in the revenue records is not being considered by the third respondent-Tahsildar. He claims that he has succeeded to the land admeasuring Acs.3.18 guntas in Sy.No.16 of Regula Chelaka Village, but he states that as per the revenue records, his possession is only to the extent of Ac.1.16 guntas of land in spite of the total extent. Petitioner also claims to have purchased another land to an extent of Acs.8.28 guntas in Sy.Nos.102 and 103 in the same village along with another purchaser and accordingly, he is in possession and enjoyment of Acs.4.14 guntas thereon and even, that pahani is also not being correctly recorded. Hence, the petitioner filed the aforesaid application with a copy to the Collector. He was received an acknowledgment from the office of the Collector, Khammam. A copy thereof is produced at page 12 of the material papers. Petitioner states that his vendor also filed an affidavit on Rs.100/- non-judicial stamp paper confirming the petitioner’s enjoyment, however, his application is not being considered by the third respondentTahsildar.
3. Though the writ petition was adjourned twice to enable the learned Government Pleader for Revenue to get instructions, so
far he could not get instructions from the Tahsildar. In view of that, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to examine the petitioner’s application as above and take appropriate decision in the matter after verifying the existing revenue records, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
