According to the petitioner, he is a landless poor person and he belongs to backward community and that the Government assigned an extent of Ac.5.00 cents in Sy.No.93/P on 03.07.1984 and an extent of Ac.02.00 cents in Sy.No.93 of Polepalem Village, Nayudpet Mandal, Nellore District in the year 1994. The case of the petitioner herein is that the first respondent/District Collector issued a paper Notification vide R.C.No.G5/4109/2006, dt. 22.07.2006 under Section 4 (1) of the Land Acquisition Act proposing to acquire the lands indicated therein situated at Polepalem Village, Nayudpet Mandal, Nellore District, for the purpose of A.P. Industrial infrastructure Corporation for establishment of industrial park. As per the petitioner herein, since the land assigned to him in Sy.No.93 is a Government land, the authorities did not mention the said survey number in the above said notification under Section 4 (1) of the Act. It is further stated by the petitioner that out of Ac.07.00 cents of land, as mentioned above, the authorities paid compensation in respect of Ac.2.00 cents situated in Sy.No.93/5 and 93/6, but did not pay the amount in respect of Ac.05.00 cents situated in Sy.No.93/P of Palepalem Village, Nayudpet Mandal, Nellore District. It is further averred in the writ affidavit that despite his representation dated 15.12.2009, no action has so far been taken by the respondent authorities in the direction of redressing his grievance.
