WRIT PETITION NO.3064 OF 2009
ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief.
“…to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the Memo No.6625/Pts.IV.A2/20031 dated 09.02.2004 as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the 2nd respondent not to accord permission on the basis of the above memo…”
When the matter is taken up today, it is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent that there is no proposal to install the cell tower at the disputed place.
In view of the above submission, there is no necessity of adjudicating the matter further.
For the aforesaid reasons and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the fourth respondent, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
