dated 3.12.2007 at the admission stage directing the petitioner to file an appeal. Accordingly the petitioner preferred an appeal before the second respondent and the same was dismissed by order dated 20.02.2008. Challenging the same, Writ Petition No. 5746 of 2008 was filed and an order of status quo was granted in WPMP.No.7462 of 2008 in WP.No. 5746 of 2008 on 10.07.2008. While so, 8th respondent issued proceedings dated 2.4.2008 stating that in the premises occupied by the petitioner-society, it has closed the road by constructing the compound wall and occupying excess land in Sy.Nos.24,25, 26 and 27. Therefore the petitioner was called upon to show cause as to why the permission granted on 30.12.2000 to it for construction of compound wall should not be cancelled. The petitioner submitted a detailed explanation to respondents 7 and 8 on 26.04.2008. While so, on 8.7.2008, the 8th respondent along with his subordinates came to the land of the petitionersociety and started demolishing the compound wall. Challenging the same, the petitioner filed Writ Petition No.14940 of 2008. Later on the said Writ Petition was disposed of by this Court. While so on 10.06.2010 the 10th respondent and his subordinates came to the property of the petitioner and started excavation of the land to a width and depth of 8 feet making it impossible for the petitioner’s staff and students to enter the school premises. Challenging the same, the present Writ Petition was filed.
