ORDER:
Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and none appeared for the respondents.
This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.1 to 4 in not giving admission to the petitioner in IIIT course at Basara of Adilabad District, for the academic year commencing from 2008.
This Court, by order dated 18.06.2008, directed the petitioner to submit a representation to the Governing Council of the University for considering his name being included in the provisionally selected list within a week and thereupon the Governing Council was directed to consider the application and communicate the decision taken by it to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
