C O M M O N O R D E R:
Both these writ petitions are being disposed of by common order.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for School Education.
3. These writ petitions were filed challenging G.O.Ms.No.76 Education (SE-TRG) Department dated 10.06.2008 wherein the School Education Department introduced English Medium with CBSE syllabus in a parallel Section from VI Class, in 6500 identified High Schools in the Government Sector in the State that are also proposed for strengthening under the Success Project.
4. At the time of admitting the Writ Petition, this Court did not grant any stay, as a result, the said Scheme has been in operation since, 2008. In the circumstances, this Court cannot redress the grievance of the petitioners at this stage.
5. Accordingly, both the Writ Petitions are closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No costs.
