ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
2. This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not issuing the Hall Ticket to the petitioner for appearing 1st year Engineering ECE Examination scheduled from 04th June, 2009.
3. This Court granted an interim direction on 28.05.2009 as a result of which the petitioner was permitted to appear for the 1st year Engineering ECE Examination.
4. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
