The case of the petitioners is that the land of the petitioners to an extent of Ac. 1.29 guntas in Survey No.335, situated at Uppal Bhagayat, Uppal Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, was acquired. However, the petitioners are not paid compensation as determined and compensation is kept in the revenue account. The case of the petitioners is that the names shown in the revenue records were the names of the grand fathers of the petitioners i.e., Mr. Pullaiah and Mr. Seshaiah and the petitioners are entitled to receive compensation and on erroneous grounds, the compensation is not paid to them. Hence, the petitioners submitted a representation, dated 06.01.2014, to the Special Grade Deputy Collector-cum-Land Acquisition Officer, Hyderabad (5^th respondent) and the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (6^th respondent) explaining the family tree enclosing all the relevant documents, but so far no orders are passed on the representation. Though the land was acquired in the year 2006, so far the compensation was not paid.

2. Having regard to the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Special Grade Deputy Collector-cum-Land Acquisition Officer, Hyderabad (5^th respondent) and the

Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (6^th respondent) to consider the representation, dated 06.01.2014, submitted by the petitioners along with the documents enclosed and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If respondents 5 and 6 are convinced that the petitioners are entitled to receive compensation, the compensation shall be released within a period of two (2) weeks thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
