ORDER:
This transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed for transfer of an unnumbered appeal pending on the file of the learned III Additional District Judge, East Godavari District, at Kakinada, along with I.A.No.1957 of 2011, to this Court to be heard along with A.S.No.916 of 2003.
After arguing the case, Mr. E.V.V.S. Ravi Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw this petition.
The transfer civil miscellaneous petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
