ORDER:
This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for a direction to the learned X Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar to dispose of O.S.No.777 of 2012 expeditiously.
A perusal of the docket proceedings in the suit shows that the case is being adjourned from time to time. Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2012 and it is being adjourned from time to time without particular reason, the lower Court is directed to dispose of the same, within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The civil revision petition accordingly stands disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the civil revision petition, C.R.P.M.P.No.3051 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
