This appeal arises out of judgment and decree, dated 24.9.2010 in O.S.No.33 of 2002 on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Nagarkurnool.
Sri K.Sreenivas, the learned counsel for the appellants, addressed letter, dated 31.07.2014, to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein it has been stated that during the pendency of this appeal, the matter is settled out of Court between the parties and that therefore, the appellant seeks to withdraw the appeal.
At the hearing, Sri K.Sreenivas, the learned counsel for the appellant, has reiterated this request. In view of the same, the appeal is dismissed as settled out of Court.
As a sequel to dismissal of the appeal, interim order, dated 02.02.2011, in ASMP.No.134 of 2011 is vacated and ASMP.No.134 of 2011 is dismissed as infructuous.
