Looking at the prayer of the Public Interest Litigation, we are of the view that it cannot be a Public Interest Litigation. At the most, it would be individuals or group of individuals’ interest litigation.
Therefore, we dismiss this Public Interest Litigation. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum for redressal of its grievance. No costs.
Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
