Aggrieved by the order and decree dated 07.10.2009 in I.A.No.618 of 2008 in O.P.No.9 of 2001 passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Manthani, Karimnagar District, the Singareni Collieries Company Limited filed L.A.A.S.No.81 of 2010 and claimant No.5 filed L.A.A.S.No.185 of 2010.
2. During pendency of the appeals, at the request of the parties, the matters were referred to A.P. High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad, for settlement.
3. When the matters are called, it is submitted that the subject matter of these appeals has been amicably settled before the High Court Lok Adalat held at Hyderabad and an Award was passed on 10.04.2014, under Section 19 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 and the said Award is placed before this Court.
4. In that view of the matter, these Land Acquisition Appeal Suits are disposed of in terms of the Award dated 10.04.2014 passed by the Lok Adalat conducted by the A.P. High Court Legal Services Committee at Hyderabad. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
