When the matter came up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for appellant that during the pendency of the appeal, the disputes between the parties have been settled and both the parties are staying together happily and hence the cause in the appeal does not survive for adjudication.
2. Recording the said submission, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this appeal shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
