ORDER:
The deceased-1st respondent filed R.C No. 250 of 2010 before the I Additional Rent Controller, Hyderabad against the petitioner and the 2nd respondent for fixation of fair rent in respect of the schedule premises. The petitioner opposed the application. Recording of the evidence in the R.C was completed and at the stage of arguments, the petitioner filed I.A No. 503 of 2013, with a prayer to reopen the R.C to enable her to adduce further evidence. The application was opposed by the 1st respondent and the learned Rent Controller dismissed the I.A through order dated 17-02-2014. Hence this revision.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.
There are absolutely no merits in this C.R.P. The scope of the R.C itself is very limited and it is pending for the past four years. The purpose for which the evidence is sought to be reopened is not at all satisfactory.
The C.R.P is dismissed. The miscellaneous petitions filed in this revision shall also stand disposed of.
