This contempt case is filed alleging that the respondents did not implement the order dated 05-09-2008 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 9191 of 2008.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order in the writ petition has since been complied with.
The contempt case is therefore closed.
