ORDER :
This contempt case is filed complaining that the respondents did not comply with the order, dated 14.03.2013 passed by this Court in W.P.No.25819 of 2009.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents.
It was a long legal battle for the petitioners as regards their appointment as Attenders in a private aided educational institution. After the prolonged battle, the respondents have ultimately appointed the petitioners through order, dated 11.09.2014. The petitioners are also said to have joined the duties.
Hence, the contempt case is closed.
The contempt application filed in this contempt case shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
