ORDER:
This civil revision petition arises out of order, dated 07.03.2012, in I.A.No.2125 of 2011 in S.R.O.P.No.2 of 2007, on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Ongole. At the hearing, Sri Chintha Appi Reddy, learned counsel, representing Sri P.Rajasekhar, learned counsel for the petitioners, stated that the revision petition has become infructuous.
The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to dismissal of the civil revision petition, C.R.P.M.P.No.4000 of 2012 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
