ORDER:
This civil revision petition arises out of order dated 19.03.2013 in I.A.No.419 of 2013 in O.S.No.889 of 2005 on the file of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Ongole.
At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners stated that the suit itself, out of which the present civil revision petition arises, has since been disposed of.
In view of the same, the civil revision petition has become infructuous and the same is accordingly dismissed as such.
As a sequel to dismissal of the civil revision petition, C.R.P.M.P.No.2999 of 2013 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
