This appeal is filed against the order dated 23.08.2011 in E.A.No.70 of 2011 in E.P.No.253 of 2009 in O.S.No.374 of 2008 on the
file of the learned I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Rajahmundry.
At the hearing, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the cause in the appeal has become infructuous.
In view of this submission, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, A.S.M.P.No.2030 of 2011 shall also stand dismissed as infructuous.
