3. The petitioner is A4 among 8 accused. He was arrested on 02.06.2014. A1 is a rowdy sheeter involved in good number of murders and maintaining a group from the chain of murderous attacks and atrocities right from 1995, if not, since before. The rival to A1 is Kavali Srinivas, another rowdy sheeter from the murderous attacks. The persons, who are followers of these two groups, also gradually ripen as rowdy elements taking the law and order in their hands in ruling the society, particularly, in the District Guntur, mainly at the town and suburbs around. A4, who is the petitioner herein, is running a wine shop and is a friend of first deceased, and A1 along with A2 and A3 used to visit the wine shop of A4 and lured him to give Rs.1 lakh to secure his friend, who is the first deceased, with a pretence of one or other so as to eliminate and the petitioner/A4 received an amount of Rs.10,000/advance pursuant to the privy to secure the presence of the first deceased and after he was secured, all the accused persons brutally killed the deceased persons.
