ORDER:
This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.871 of 2009 on the file of the XVII Additional Chief Judge, City Criminal Courts, Nampally.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the present criminal petition has become infructuous.
Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
