These Criminal Petitions are filed to quash FIR in Crime No. 343 of 2012 of Vanasthalipuram Police Station, Cyberabad for alleged offences under section 447, 427 and 506 IPC against the petitioner/accused.

2. Petitioners are accused in the above referred crime, which is registered on a complaint given by second respondent to Station House Officer, Vanasthalipuram, Cyberabad.

3. Heard both sides.

¶16

4. On consideration of submissions of both sides and material papers filed along with these criminal petitions, I feel that without going into merits, these criminal petitions can be disposed of directing the Station House Officer, Vanasthalipuram Police Station to proceed with investigation and complete it as expeditiously as possible and in the meantime not to arrest the petitioners till completion of investigation or filing of final report.

5. Accordingly, these Criminal Petitions are disposed of directing the Police to proceed with investigation and complete it as expeditiously as possible without arresting the petitioners till completion of investigation or filing of final report.
