ORDER:
This petition is filed to quash proceedings in C.C.No.138 of 2012 on the file of the court of First Special Magistrate, Yerramanzil, Hyderabad for alleged offence under Section 166 IPC. Heard both sides.
As seen from the certified copy of proceedings produced by Advocate for petitioner C.C.No.138 of 2012 which was on the file of First Special Magistrate, Hyderabad was made over to XXIII Special Magistrate Court, Hyderabad and renumbered as CC 834 of 2013 and the same is dismissed under Section 256(1) Cr.P.C read with Section 204(4) Cr.P.C. as per orders dated 24-03-2014 and petitioner herein is acquitted.
Since main CC is dismissed and accused is acquitted, this Criminal Petition has become infructuous and therefore dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand dismissed.
