This Criminal Petition is filed under section 438 Cr.P.C. for
grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No. 72 of 2014 of Central Crime Station, Hyderabad for alleged offences under section 389, 403, 406, 420, 506 and 509 of IPC.

Considering the material papers filed along with this Criminal Petition and the submissions of both sides, I am of the view that this criminal petition can be disposed of directing the petitioner to surrender before XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad and move a regular bail application and that the court concerned shall consider the same on merits and dispose of it on the same day.
