2. This petition is filed to quash proceedings in C.C.No.485/2011 on the file of III Metropolitan Magistrate
Court at L.B. Nagar, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District.
3. This Court, on 26-04-2012, while granting stay, permitted the petitioner to take notice to third respondent by registered post with acknowledgement due and directed to file proof of service. But as seen from the proceeding sheet, this order is not complied with as no proof of service is filed and further, no one is appeared on behalf of petitioner till 03:50 P.M.
4. Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.
