ORDER:
Advocate for the petitioners-accused represented that the matter has become infructuous in view of acquittal of the accused in C.C.No.534 of 2010.
In view of the said representation, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
