ORDER:
This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., challenging the order dated 18.11.2009 in Crl.R.P. No.49 of 2007 on the file of the court of I Additional Sessions Judge, Srikakulam.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner died. He further submitted that the purpose of filing of criminal petition has become infructuous. The submission is recorded.
3. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
