The petitioners-accused filed this Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.366 of 2011 on the file of the III Special Magistrate, Kukatpally, Hyderabad.
Heard both sides.
It is represented that C.C.No.366 of 2011 was dismissed for default on 16.12.2013 and there is no case pending as on today.
Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
