ORDER:
Learned counsel for petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail legal remedies available under law.
2. Permission as sought for is accorded.
3. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as requested for. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any filed in this criminal petition, shall stand dismissed.
