This Criminal Petition is filed under section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in CC.No. 107 of 2011 on the file of X-Special Magistrate, LB Nagar, Ranga Reddy district, concerned in Crime No. 396 of 2008 of Pahadishareef Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for offences punishable under section 447 and 427 of IPC.
2. When the matter is listed on 16/04/2014 none appeared for petitioner and the matter is directed to be listed on 25/04/2014 “for dismissal”. Today, none appeared for petitioner inspite of posting the matter under the caption of dismissal. Therefore, this Criminal Petition
is dismissed for non-prosecution.
