O R D E R :
This Criminal Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 650 of 2008 of Punjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for offences under section 381, 408, 420 of IPC and Section 156 Cr.P.C.
2. ON 31/01/2012 this court permitted the petitioner to take out personal notice to second respondent by registered post with acknowledgement due and directed to file proof of service. When the matter is listed on four occasions in the year 2012 proof of service is not filed and again when it is listed on 01/04/2014 petitioner was again permitted to take out personal notice to second respondent by registered post with acknowledgement due and directed to file proof of service within ten days. But proof of service is not filed and when the matter is listed on 11/04/2014 advocate for petitioner sought two weeks time to file proof of service but till today proof of service is not filed and when the matter is listed today, no one appeared.
3. Considering these aspects, this Criminal Petition is dismissed
for non-compliance of the order.
