HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No.1971 OF 2012
ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.F.R. No.8402 of 2011 on the file of Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ponnur of Guntur District.
Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that charge sheet is already filed and the petitioner may be permitted to urge these grounds before the trial court at the time of framing of charges.
In view of the representation of advocate for petitioner, petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioners to urge these grounds before the trial court at the time of framing of charges, if necessary.
Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
