O R D E R :
This Criminal Petition is filed to quash CC.No. 714 of 2011 on the file of VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Rajendra Nagar, Ranga Reddy district, for the offences under section 419, 420, 468, 471 read with section 120-B and 34 IPC.
2. When the matter is listed on 01/4/2014, none appeared for petitioner till 2:35 p.m., and the matter is directed to be listed under the caption of dismissal to this day.
3. Today also none appeared for petitioner in spite of posting the matter under the caption of dismissal. Hence, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
