This Criminal Petition is filed to transfer CC.No. 546 of 2011 on the file of V Special Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad to the Court of XX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.
2. When the matter is listed on 28/3/2014 none appeared for petitioner and the matter is directed to be listed under the caption, “for dismissal” on 10/4/2014.
3. Today also none appeared for petitioner in spite of posting the matter under the caption of dismissal. Hence, this Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
