ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to quash the orders, dated 15-12-2009 in Crl.M.P.No.4604 of 2009 on the file of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the parties have settled the matter. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, no further orders are necessary in this matter.
