ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.146 of 2009 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mummidavaram, East Godavari District.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the parties have compromised the matter before the Lok Adalath and to that effect he filed award copy. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are necessary in this matter.
3. Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
