CRIMINAL PETITION No.10950 OF 2014
ORDER:
This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.199 of 2005 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Piler, Chittoor District.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the trial in C.C.No.199 of 2005 was commenced prior to filing of the present petition.
The learned counsel for the second respondent also submitted that the trial in the said C.C. was commenced.
In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for both parties, no further orders are necessary in this case.
Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
