COMMON ORDER:

These Company Petitions have been filed by the proposed transferor and transferee companies, respectively, for sanction of the proposed scheme of arrangement for amalgamation. The petitioner in Company Petition No.125 of 2013 has filed Company Application No.606 of 2014 seeking permission to withdraw the Company Petition. The petitioner in Company Petition No.126 of 2013 has filed Company Application No.607 of 2014 seeking permission to withdraw the Company Petition.

At the hearing, Sri V.Harish Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, stated that after filing of these Company Petitions, the petitioners have decided not to proceed with the proposed scheme of arrangement. He has, therefore, requested for permission of this Court to withdraw these Company Petitions.

In the light of above submission, the Company Application Nos.606 and 607 of 2014 are allowed and consequently, the Company Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
