This application is filed to convene the meeting of equity shareholders and unsecured creditors of the applicant company.
This Court, by order dated 01.09.2014, dispensed with the convening of the meeting of the applicant (transferor company) and appointed Sri K. N. Jwala, Senior Advocate, as chairperson to convene the meeting of the shareholders and unsecured creditors of the applicant company. The chairperson submitted his report dated 01.11.2014, which is placed on record.
