The case of the appellant/petitioner is that he is the authorized signatory of M/s.Sri Lakshmi Varun Agro Farms Private Limited with its office at D.No.16-23C-3, Road No.3, Pallamraju Nagar, Kakinada and the petitioner company registered under Companies Act, carrying on its business at the address mentioned above. The respondents are residents of locality where the suit schedule property is situated. The appellant/petitioner company is the absolute owner of the suit schedule property acquired through registered sale deeds on different dates under Doc.Nos. 6779/11, 6746/11, 6777/11, 1965/12, 4436/13, 1478/13, 1491/13, 6778/11, 6730/11, 6734/11, 6721/11, 6728/11, 6748/11, 6770/11, 1966/12, 4437/13, 1484/13, 1495/13, 2536/13, 1488/13, 6730/11, 6747/11, 6775/11, 6771/11, 1968/12, 6723/11, 1493/13, 6773/11, 6774/11, 1967/12, 1486/13, 2535/13, 6740/11, 6772/12, 6776/11, 4438/13, 1487/13, 1485/13 and was put in possession of the property through relevant sale deeds and cultivating the land by raising plants by growing inter middle crops in between the plants. The respondents have no right whatsoever in the schedule property trying to interfere with the schedule property by causing loss.
